This Notice is provided in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and informs individuals (“Data Subjects”) about the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data by MİRZA TARIM as the data controller.

1. Why do we process your personal data?
As the Data Controller, we may process your personal data for the following purposes:

3. What Are Our Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Our Legal Grounds?
We may collect and process your Personal Data in writing, verbally, through electronic means, video/audio recording, or by meeting with you in person, in accordance with the provisions of the Policy, the Law, and relevant legislation.
Our Personal Data Collection process includes: i) third-party software such as websites, mobile applications, email, digital environments, or recruitment portals; ii) contracts, applications, forms, call centers, remote support, sales and marketing units, website cookies, business cards, telephones, etc.; or iii) face-to-face meetings with Data Subjects.
4. What Are Your Rights as a Data Subject?
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to apply to our Company as the Data Subject and;
- Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information regarding the processing of your personal data,
- To learn the purpose for which your Personal Data is processed and whether these data are used for their intended purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom your Personal Data is transferred within or outside the country,
- Requesting the correction of any incomplete or incorrect information and requesting that this process be communicated to third parties to whom Personal Data has been transferred,
- Despite being processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, you have the right to request the deletion or destruction of Personal Data when the reasons requiring the processing of Personal Data no longer exist, and to request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom the Personal Data has been transferred.
- Object to the automated processing of your personal data that results in a negative outcome solely for you,
- Request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
However, pursuant to Article 28/2 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you cannot exercise the above-mentioned rights, except for the right to claim compensation, in the following cases:
- Where the processing of Personal Data is necessary for the prevention of a criminal offense or criminal investigation.
- Processing of Personal Data disclosed to the public by the Data Subject themselves.
- Where the processing of Personal Data is necessary for the performance of supervisory or regulatory tasks carried out by public institutions and organizations, or by professional associations with the status of public institutions authorized and mandated by law, or for disciplinary investigations or proceedings.
- Where processing of Personal Data is necessary for the protection of the State’s economic and financial interests in matters related to the budget, taxation, and financial issues.

You must submit documents verifying your identity, any documents supporting your request, and, if you wish to exercise this right by proxy, a copy of the power of attorney containing special authorization along with the form.
Requests submitted via the form will be answered free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged based on the rates determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
During the application process; Incomplete or incorrect information sharing, failure to clearly express the request, incomplete or incorrect submission of supporting documents, failure to attach a copy of the power of attorney in applications made by proxy may cause difficulties in meeting your requests and delays in the investigation process. Therefore, it is important that you comply with the above when exercising your rights. Our company will not be responsible for any delays that may occur in such cases. Our company reserves all legal rights against incorrect, unlawful, and malicious practices.
